The D-Link DSM-330 wireless media streamer carries great promise for watching files on your TV that you've downloaded from the Internet. With support for DivX and Xvid, the possibilities are excellent, plus picture and sound quality are both impressive fo...

Limited file support; flaky at times
The D-Link DSM-330 wireless media streamer is a good idea that with firmware updates or future revisions has the potential to get a lot better. It's only a shame there isn't great file support
Rightly or wrongly, Samsung is one of the few camera manufacturers to show a ...

I've tested a few wireless media extenders during my time at PCW, and I always seem to be hit with the same problems; stuttering, dropped connections and codec problems. Imagine my surprise, then, when after weeks with the DivX Connected box I experienced...
Setting up the DSM330 was surprisingly easy. It was simply a matter of installing the bundled software, deciding which folders I wanted to share, and plugging the box in. Following the setup on the box, all I had to do was locate the wireless network auto...
The previous reviewer mentioned the community hacks for additional video support. I got to be straightforward. These can be tricky but once you get your head around it they work.
I just got this today after reading a lot about it the past year. This is a great device if you have a lot of DivX/Xvid content. The device is easy to set up to your wireless network. Photo and music streaming works very smooth as well. There is still roo...

This is a good purchase for the dollars spent. I am going to set the system up as a wired connection and I'm sure I will be more than pleased with what it can do.
I like it. Prevously purchased EVA 8000 and although it had more bells and whistles, I like this much better because it works. Very easy to set up took me about 20 minutes and I'm no super tech.
No internet radio yet but I hope this will be a firmware upgrade in near future. Wireless signal interrupted quite often and this interferes with my music and videos.
I have mine connected by wire to a gigabit switch. I have not played with the wireless settings because of the wired ability.
It works much to my suprise. I have read horror stories about other media players (D-Link and Netgear) being DOA or having issues that made them less than useful. I installed this on my HP Mediasmart server so that it would be accessable from everywhere a...
I wish it supported more video and music formats. My friends share flash videos because of their smaller size. I have to convert them to .avi or .wmv files in order for them to play. You would think they would also have some type of support for iTunes and...
