I absolutely love microsoft office 2007.
The way that it looks is my favourite. It gives you all your normal features. Word Count is extremely helpful which is now in the bottom left of the screen in Word.
None! apart from the different formats between 2003 Office, but it is still compatabile so what's the fuss?

Simple, clean design with 3 color choices (Black, blue and sliver. Mine is set to black) hidden features are now shown, live previews, large,crisp graphics and a nice clean morden look and fell.
Few older legacy icons and graphics remain, but other then that, there's nothing bad about this.
