In a word: spectacular!

Ever since HD came into the market manufacturers have been coming out with better and better products for the consumer as far as HD camcorders, a lot of which are for pros or prosumers. The AG-HMC40 is what I would consider an affordable prosumer...

This is without a doubt the best camcorder that I have ever owned, and I own a lot of camcorders. For twenty years I have always strived to own a camcorder with the best quality picture and now I can say that I finally do

The only con I can think of with this camera would be having to use the flip out LCD monitor to access certain funtions, but other than that, this camera has no faults
