Not powering up

Light weight, with tons of features. Great camcorder.

It didn't work, It looks like I got the same one other guy got. It doesn't power up or charge the battery.

Camera Depleted/Ruined Batteries

Could not evaluate as camera was defective and would not charge battery and as a result not turn on. Well, only pro at this moment is its lightweight-ness!

Most notably, the camera would not turn on after initial charging battery. At first I thought it was a defective battery that had arrived with m order. Since I really needed the camera ( research!!), I went for it and purchased an additional battery....
