Flip Video Mino F630W

The Flip Video Mino is the latest in Youtube inspired technology. Specifically made for web uploads, it gives you video in a small and easy to use package with a boutique price to match.

The unit costs a pretty penny coming in around $160 at the time of this review. At this price, it is really hard to justify if the Flip Video Mino is a purchasable product since there are other camcorders that do much more for the same price. Let's...

Flip Video Mino Digital Camcorder Review

From a pure techie/gadget standpoint, the Flip Video product line is nothing special as similar products littered overseas shelves even before the first Flip hit the market. So what make's the Flip so special? Well, for starters Oprah Winfrey got…

Extremely easy to use and operate ; Software is also convenient and makes uploading on the fly quick and easy ; The convenient size makes carrying it with you a no brainer

Touch sensitive controls are frustrating at times ; Low light performance not as good as its predecessor ; Where is my USB Extension Cable

Pure Digital has taken what was already easy to take with you and made it even easier to take with you. The 40% reduction in size over the Flip Ultra has definitely made this device even more portable. The only area where the performance was impacted...

The Mino features a simple and basic control setup, 2GB of onboard Flash storage, a TV-out connection and a lithum-ion battery that charges through the USB connection whenever the Mino is plugged into a powered-up PC. USRRP is $180

Flip Video Mino review

In case you didn't have enough reasons to worry about videos of your escapades showing up online, Flip Video has made video posting easier than ever.

The Flip Mino is sleek, pocketable and easy to use. The video quality also excels. However, the somewhat pricey Mino's video-uploading software can be slow and buggy and the buttons are overly sensitive.

Memory recorder" that's out of pocket in 1 sec! ”

This product is so easy to use, there is no comparison. the fact that it really only does 1 thing - shoot video, it's the size of a cell phone, and really light, makes it easy to actually use at every moment you feel like recording, as opposed to a...

Flip Video so simple it almost uses itself! ”

The Flip system is virtually foolproof. It shoots in low light, bright light, almost any conditions. Clarity is good, audio is generally good. I have also been able to capture still from the video with good quality.
