I recommend NOT getting this JVC unit. Search on JVC and LENS CAP ERROR can enlighten you to a troublesome situation for those of us who have purchased this unit. No matter which camcorder you do purchase, be sure to put it ...

ok, i use this camcorder not every day and i cannot compare against the latest, greatest products from other manufacturers ... but up to now it fits my needs.

Easy to handle, big display

couldn't see any up to now (well, to access the menus has been tricky for the first time, but once you "browsed" around, it's easy)

I ordered jvc GR DX75 orignally, but the seller sent to me this model. Same except LCD monitor size. Overall an excellent camcorder within 400~500 bucks. The newest models are coming out every second. I think that it is not necessary to buy...

Large LCD monitor(3"), Vertical type,simple operation, small and easy carring.
