A small high-definition camcorder with double storage

Very small and highly portable; two memory card slots; 40x optical zoom; good value

Some touch-screen buttons are a bit small; no HDMI cable supplied; below-average photo quality; image stabiliser could be better

A relatively cheap way to break into the world of high-definition home movie-making

Good apart from low light level performance.

Good value camera but indoor picture quality poor in low light levels even on manual settings. Great picture quality and perfomance in daylight useage though!

Waterproof?

I can beat the person who dropped it on a cobbled road. I dropped mine in a flowerbed and didn't discover I'd done so after 24 hours of torrential rain - in fact I think I may have kicked it as well when I went to put out the rubbish in the middle of...

Does what it says

I needed a camcorder for a wedding at short notice and bought this. It works perfectly and produces really good quality HD videos just on Auto. It's compact and light and easy to operate.
