Kodak Playfull Ze2 Review

Kodak PlayFull ZE1 Review

The Kodak PlayFull ZE1 is the most compact of the Kodak digital video cameras. Offering Full 1080p HD video capture and 5-Megapixel still image capture, its very handy to have around all of the time. Its image quality is in line with its $129.95 price...

No optical zoom ; Movies are a bit "choppy" with quick panning ; Image quality of still images is more in tune with mobile phones

Kodak Playfull HD Video Camera (Black)

With the Playfull in Kodak's minicamcorder lineup, it has a model for just about every type of user. Compared with its linemates, the rugged PlaySport and feature-filled PlayTouch , it is stripped-down, but you still get full HD-resolution movie and...

The Kodak Playfull produces very good video quality for its price and size, is easy to use, and has good editing and sharing software.

Its screen might be too small for some users, the lens is fixed-focus, there's no flash or video light, and the battery can't be removed.

The Kodak Playfull minicamcorder is a pocketful of video fun, but it might be just too "mini" for some.

Kodak Playfull Ze1

aThe Flip cam is dead. With the originator and leader of the pocket cam movement officially bowing out of the race with a swipe of the red pen from parent company Cisco, Kodak stands to inherit the throne. But is it a crumbling one? The rise of 720p...

Compact, stylish design ; Best-in-class image stabilization ; Surprising low-light prowess ; Easy to use ; Reasonable price ; Full 1080p output ; In-camera editing, effects, sharing

Slightly oversaturated colors ; No mic jack, removable battery, macro mode ; Tricky side door

The Kodak Playfull Ze1 rises above the pack with smart design, outstanding video quality and a price that’s downright reasonable.

Kodak PlayFull Ze1Camcorder Review

The Kodak PlayFull Ze1 is a tiny camcorder with the ability to record Full HD 1080p video. In addition to being one of the smallest camcorders we've ever reviewed, the PlayFull's $129 price tag also makes it one of the cheapest. Don't expect much in...

Kodak PlayFull Waterproof Ze2

A cheap, tiny camcorder that lets you shoot 720p HD video underwater.

Compact, cheap, and waterproof; Provided software is easy to use

Poor sharpness and motion performance; Problems with auto exposure

The Kodak PlayFull Waterproof Ze2 is far from perfect, and it clearly lacks the performance and image quality of its peers. The fact that the camcorder can’t record Full HD 1080p video was more of a problem than we expected it to be, as the Ze2 put up...

Kodak PlayFull Ze1

Ideal for a young child or those who don't want expensive equipment just to record videos.

Extraordinarily compact; Good low light results for its class

Terrible color and “white balance”:; No manual controls whatever

For the past few years, Kodak has excelled at making reliable, compact camcorders that are both cheap and easy to use. The PlayFull Ze1 certainly has all those traits, and, continuing in true Kodak fashion, the camcorder avoids many of the useless...

Is The Kodak Playfull Worth The Money?

The Kodak Playfull video camera is Kodak's smallest camcorder to hit the market yet. This article will discuss the video quality, features, and design of the video camera. Find out if the Playfull is worth the money, or just another camera to pass over.

My final verdict would have to be that the Kodak Playfull was not by all means the best pocket camcorder to hit the market. Kodak tried to cash in on having the smallest camera available, but it happens to be that it is not a good feature at all....

"Small, but perfectly formed"

The first thing you notice about the Kodak Playfull is how small it is. It is about the size and weight of a Mars Bar or a slim mobile phone. Somewhat strange for such a diminutive video camera, the multi-language instruction booklet is about the size...

+ Operation is smooth, there is a pretty decent image stabiliser built in

- Built in speaker audio quality is poor

Operation is smooth, there is a pretty decent image stabiliser built in ; True HD video 1920 x 1080p ; Small and Light ; Very easy to use ; Built-in USB male connector ; Removable/upgradable memory
