I read a lot about it before making the purchase. I haven't had a chance to use it much yet, but liked the results I got from some testing. There is just no way that it couldn't be worth the cost.

Compact, durable, waterproof, easy to use. Made a reliable, effective attachment for my helmet for biking, rock climbing, etc

Haven't found any yet, although I'm not crazy about the integrated battery that I can't access

Good fun inexpensive way to catch video; and remember its only 100 bucks when comparing to others

If the camera still quality was better....I would like it more. but overall, it will work for me. I thought the name Kodak would indicate a significantly more impressive product. but it is still early in the purchase. Maybe my review will change in time.

The video stabilization seems to work really well. The camera is nice and compact and seems fairly rugged. The sound quality is better than I had imagined as well

One attribute of the PlaySport that Kodak has heavily advertised is its proprietary Share button (a feature also present on the EasyShare Sport). It allows users to designate specific websites to publish pictures and videos to, and supports Facebook,...

Ultimately, there's nothing wrong with the Share button, however I personally find it to be a tad unnecessary, and it is generally easier to just open a file manager and slough through the media. However some users could find the service useful.

The PlaySport Zx3 was our favourite compact camcorder of last year, so this ruggedised model had a reputation to live up to.

It's hard to see what the Zx5 brings to the party that wasn't already offered by the Zx3. Both 1920x1080 video capture and image stabilisation were already included, as was the shoot and share option. The Zx5 has a dedicated Share button and DIS...
