i cant get the night vision to work and i even called the help line and they wouldn't help me and i am mad.

I too got this to use for paranormal investigations. I didn't expect too much because this is a toy, but the quality is pretty good. Extra illumination is neccessary (even inside), however the same is true with even the 3 or 4 hundred dollar cameras....
