An Excellent Camera Even in a 4K World

Let's face it, most of us don't need 4K. Most clients end up with a DVD or a Youtube video. The amount of manual control is astonishing, and something most pros will eventually need.

I Don't Like This Camera

I used the Panasonic HMC150 before this camera and loved it. That's why I purchased the AC130AP but this camera is a step backwards. The HMC150 was a much better camera. My main two issues are the focus and the sound quality. This camera is very bad if...

Not too shabby

A great camera for the $$. However, I am actually more displeasd that the price difference between the 130 and 160 is [$]. I cannot see how one HDSDI connection justifies the price hike.

3rd time I've bought a Panasonic & happy

I use this for legal video (#CLVS) mostly. It is great for live events, and Indie Filmmaking too. Lots of bells and whistles and of course the book doesn't come with. Just the general book does though. You can find the more informative user manual...

I like the settings of the camera

This camera is excellent in low light. The setting for outside are the best with the filters.

Easy to freehand

Just got this camera and so far so good. Even though it is unusual to freehand this camera, because of its size, it is balanced and designed well. The only complaint I have, and its because I missed it, you can only transfer SD video through the...
