Panasonic PV-DV910 Camcorder Review - Panasonic MiniDV Camcorders

This small Panasonic Pvdv910 camcorder packs in a lot of features for an MSRP of only $1399.95. The camcorder has an 18x optical zoom, which is slightly larger than the average of about 16x. The camcorder has a very large digital zoom of 300x.

Is there some Martin Scorcese in you?

The Panasonic PV-DV910 may not transform you into a Scorcese or a Lucas but it can bring a new level of memory capture to your friends and family. The camera has a three inch color LCD monitor that makes framing your subject a snap. The included...

Digital close-ups can be clear!

Good Value for beginners and semi-experienced

I have sporadically used camcorders in the past, and with the birth of my first son I decided to invest in a dv camcorder to relay videos back to the grandparents. I purchased two camcorders to compare them, one being the DV910, the other a JVC...

Product Specifications

This digital wonder uses the revolutionary Mini DV format, so it's capable of delivering up to 500 lines of horizontal resolution. That's better than a live TV broadcast! With an extraordinary 18: 1 optical zoom, you'll get close-ups without missing a single detail. You can even edit just like the pros, using the industry standard IEEE 1394 interface. Connect the camcorder to another digital camera or a personal computer for advanced editing and viewing purposes. It can also record, edit and dub CD-quality audio without affecting the existing video. Aside from commercial interruptions, it's like putting a network studio in the palm of your hands. Besides, it features Color Enhancement Light that improves picture quality when shooting in low light settings.
