Hard to focus and video

 

It is ok for small up close short videos maybe for youtubing or projects but it is not the best to video and focus for family events.

Good customer service

 

I had ordered this fpr my nephew for Christmas. He was very excited as he wanted to make movies with it. Unfortunately, the internal battery would not charge and we had to return it. Customer service was very good and took care of the refund quickly.

Excellent and handsome product

 

The product came with all the accessories explained in the display, and in the original box. The camecorder works perfectly and I am happy with it.Only misleading info. that it has 3.5 optical zoom. NO OPTICAL ZOOM BUT HAS DIGITAL ZOOM.

Totally surprised

 

I was not expecting much out of this baby for the price. I spent over $500 a few years back for a camera and was disappointed, so $100 seemed like a throwaway. I was blown away. This is my new favorite toy.

High definition, low quality.

 

It shoots in HD, true, but the quality of the video is just subpar. It's grainier than the video from my Flip Video Ultra, which shoots in SD. Or maybe I can just see the graininess better because of the high-def.
