product did not work when i inserted the battries. i called customer service to see if they could help and the woman did not understand what i was talking about.

Nice looking camcorder. A lot of features. Only problem - when I inserted the batteries nothing happened. No power - just a blank screen. Returned it. Frustrating. Bought a Flip.
