Value for money...yes... for a cheap camera that is great for throwing in the pocket/bag you can't go wrong... its small and light and no frills... no viewfinder so lcd display only so awkward in bright daylight... menu offers usual options as my old...

Samsung D291bMini DV

A good budget camera, compare it to a budget airine, it does the job! However the battery life is very poor, after a full charge, it did not last a full day of ad-hoc use at a theme park.

Overall this is a good product. The battery doesn't last too long though and it doesn't come with a cable to hook up to your computer. Also you need to buy a firewire cable so if you don't have a firewire port you need to then buy a wire and adapter...
