Hands down, the HD 1000 gets its highest marks for coolness. Whip it out at the next family reunion and envy will fill the air. This camera is genuinely stylish; add in its light weight and small size and it becomes a very useful little tool

Other than low lighting the camera performs well. I use it outside on airport ramp.
Size, Zoom, Instant on and record, Design.. Battery life seems pretty good. I go all day with on and off shooting short clips.
Not very good in low lighting (That's enough to drop one egg from rating), Cost.
I teach martial arts part time and will be using this camera to record belt test, demo, tournaments and various occassion. There will be times where I would post such videos on the schools website and youtube.
