Sony's HDR-CX210 camcorder comes with 8GB of integrated storage, but video performance lags behind the competition.

"Good Camcorder for Home Use"

 

I do like this camcorder, but it does have some flaws. I have used this quite a bit since I got it, and it works well for most home projects, such as recording family gatherings. I'll break down how I felt about it.

+ Camcorder is extremely light, and has a cheap, plasticy feel

Great camera, but ...

 

Being an "open item" camera, I got a great deal on it. I have a Mac and the problem I have is that I can not store individual clips ... at least not with the special accessory (shocking).The place for the tripod is not centered, so it's weight is not...

Camera met expectations.

 

I hesitated for a long time about buying a a camcorder. Consumer Reports was consulted prior to choosing which one to purchase. Best Buy staff was very helpful in helping me to choose the camera that would best fit my needs.
