Easy to roll--large wheels. Lots of space for all the extras you need with your laptop. Side bottle holder is handy. Shoulder strap works well if the case is not overloaded with heavy items
Several zippers have failed /tabs pulled out/ teeth separated/stitching pulled out from case. Not able to strap extras to single pole handle
