This is a good phone. It does it is supposed, is nice looking, and helps people in need of specks in thier advancing years. The addtions, such as a memory of frequently made call, the redial, and the time and date features make the price just right.

The phone is great. You can adjust the volume on the handset and also adjust the ringer volume separately. I have a parent who cannot hear well and he loves it. the only problem i have is that there is no hold button other than that i'm very satisfied...

This phone is just what we needed. It has been in use for a while and works well. Only option might have been to have it available in white or almond. We are pleased.
