Ordered 4 of these for my office, and 1 of the base's ended up not working. Also ordered 4 of the handsets and the extender, and they all work great. Wish there was a way for the bases to interconnect though.

I use this in a small office environment and it has been excellent so far. Each cordless can be programmed independently and it has lots of options. A little confusing but what technology isn't these days. Would recommend.
