BlackBerry Curve 8320

Blackberry” was once the Kleenex of business Smartphone's, a brand so ubiquitous that it became a generic term for any similar products. Smartphone's have gone mainstream, and so has Blackberry. The Blackberry Curve 8320 is its namesake's latest...

Good price with rebates; comfortable mouse and keyboard; good online speed

Too expensive for average consumers without rebates; not a revolutionary leap in Blackberry

The Blackberry Curve 8320 is light, smooth and very easy to use on all counts.

BlackBerry Curve 8320 ( T-Mobile)

Editor's note: This review has been updated to include the results of our battery drain testing.

The RIM BlackBerry Curve 8310 adds GPS capabilities to the already impressive and sleek messaging smartphone. You also get a 2-megapixel camera, Bluetooth, and good call quality.

The Curve 8310 doesn't offer Wi-Fi or 3G support. The Web browser isn't the sleekest, and the camera lacks video-recording capabilities. Also, unlike the T-Mobile version, you get only the proprietary BlackBerry Messenger IM client.

Still offering an attractive design and excellent messaging capabilities, the addition of GPS makes the RIM BlackBerry Curve 8310 an even more attractive choice for road warriors.

BlackBerry 8320

First came the trim, consumer-friendly BlackBerry Curve 8300. Then came the Wi-Fi-enabled BlackBerry 8820. Now there's the BlackBerry Curve 8320, an impressive PDA phone that combines the best of the previous two models and has an added bonus: While...

Who Doesn't Love Some Sensuous Curves?

It ain't perfect, but the new T-Mobile Curve is one of the tastiest Blackberries to date. Sporting smooth lines similar to other Curve models, the compact 8320

All the Blackberry messaging and email functions you know and love in a very slick body. Surprisingly loud internal speaker. Not iPhone sexy, but there’s something classy about the 8320's subtle curves and sepia tinted finish. Bright, 320 x 240, 65,000...

Wi-Fi, while certainly a welcome addition, can be drop out for no apparent reason. Camera doesn’t support video, picture quality while good, is not quite as sharp as some Nokia and Sony Ericsson phones we've seen. Integrated GPS where are you

RIM BlackBerry Curve 8320

The new RIM BlackBerry Curve 8320 ($449.99; $249.99 and up with two-year contract) for T-Mobile is the carrier's best handheld for communication addicts, thanks to its stability, e-mail verve, and its ability to make phone calls from any Wi-Fi hot spot.

Wi-Fi calling actually works. Excellent e-mail and IM capabilities. Good phone performance

Wi-Fi doesn't speed up browsing. Needs MS Office document editor

Unlimited Wi-Fi calling pushes this already excellent BlackBerry ahead of the pack.

BlackBerry Curve 8320

T-Mobile and RIM make our favorite smart phone even better by adding Wi-Fi calling and fast and easy instant messaging.

Makes calls over Wi-Fi ; Sleek design with best-in-class keyboard ; Very good media player and camera ; Solid voice quality ; Long battery life

A few dropped calls when switching between Wi-Fi and GSM ; No built-in GPS

BlackBerry Curve 8320 (pale gold, T-Mobile)

AT&T may have scored the RIM BlackBerry 8820 last week, but we're thinking T-Mobile got the better deal with the just-announced RIM BlackBerry 8320, aka the BlackBerry Curve with Wi-Fi. Why? Well, first it has the same sleek design of the original...

The RIM BlackBerry 8320 offers integrated Wi-Fi and works with T-Mobile's HotSpot@Home service so you can make calls via Wi-Fi. The smartphone also features a nice, sleek design; a spacious QWERTY keyboard; a 2-megapixel camera; popular IM clients; and...

The Curve's camera can't record videos, and there's no 3G support. The BlackBerry Web browser isn't quite as sophisticated as those on competing smartphones

The RIM BlackBerry Curve (aka BlackBerry 8320) for T-Mobile is the best BlackBerry we've seen to date as it offers Wi-Fi, best-of-breed design, and excellent performance.
