Quck phone. The download speeds are comparable to lowgrade cable speeds, or DSL for the internet access. The Integration with google maps made it easy to get turn by turn directions from the address book without paying for the preloaded service.
Customization for ring tones was easy enough for each person in the address book, but customization for other featurs like vibrate for one user, but ring for another was lacking. Also lacked the ability to play youtube or mp3's from email attachments
