DASH 4.5 - touch screen died after 4 monts

 

I would probably recommend to look for a brand phone instead of "blu"

Nice design, pretty light, dual sim

low quality, the right side of the touch screen stopped working overnight after 4 months so I was unable to answer to calls. the sound quality not good. short life

I hope the item is good when i finally recieve it and i hope the seller emails me back and gives me a refund for my 2 day shipping because as of right now i am not happy with this seller. Hopefully he respones and makes it right if he does then it will...

Phone works great, Just put my carrier's regular size sim in and boom,it worked. Sim slot 1 takes Regular or mini sim card, sim slot 2 takes only a mini sim card

Warranty

 

The rep was an English-speaking American. Very knowledgeable and they are based in Florida.

The warranty on BLU phones is one year from date of purchase NOT 30 days as posted by NEWEGG

It took over an hour to talk to someone at tech support so I suggest the email route if you need to contact them
