The Blu Tank II is the best unlocked phone you're going to find for under $25.

Long battery life. Dual SIMs. Big screen. Reliable call quality.

Its OK for its price

 

The Tank II T193 is Ok for its price, its mp3 player is great except it only accepts certain formats, its interface is good looking and easy to use, however the one major drawback was the texting and the contacts.

Lives up to its name

 

Great little simple phone. My niece has gone through 2 iPhones and an iPad in a year. She needed a phone for travel. Although she's upset that she can't snap chat on this (yeah I know) she actually loves it. She uses the radio and thinks it's cool....
