Casio Exilim C721 (Verizon Wireless)

Casio may be better known for its slim Exilim cameras than its mobile handsets in the U.S. The only Casio phones available in the U.S. have been the G'zOne series of handsets, all of which are ruggedized and built to withstand the elements. The G'zOne...

The Casio Exilim C721 is slim and stylish, yet it's military-certified to withstand the elements. It also has an innovative rotating display that makes it look and feel like a camera. The 5.1-megapixel camera takes great pictures. Features include...

The Casio Exilim C721 requires a dock to sync with the PC, the Web browsing experience is a little clunky, and it's quite pricey

If you don't mind its expensive cost, the Casio Exilim C721 is a sleek yet durable phone with a great megapixel camera and plenty of high-end features.

Casio Exilim C721 (Verizon Wireless)

The new Casio Exilim C721 camera phone can go where your digital camera probably can't: under water. The unusual waterproof coating on this handset makes it not only a worry-free phone for the accident-prone, but a fun alternative camera. The Exilim is...

Verizon's best camera phone to date. 3X optical zoom. Waterproof

Won't replace a true digital camera. Crippled Web browser. Non-standard headphone jack

If you're a Verizon subscriber looking for a solid camera phone, the Casio Exilim C721 shoots 5-megapixel images and sports a 3X optical zoom—and it works underwater.

Casio Exilim C721 Review

High-end camera phones might be the norm in Europe and Asia, but the U.S. market has been slow to release many models. Verizon has had two previous so-called units, the Samsung A990 and FlipShot U900, but they were limited to only 3.2MP and image...

Durable Casio camera phone boasts optical zoom

Innovative but pricey camera phone

5.1-megapixel camera with 3x optical zoom, waterproof, shock- and vibration-resistant

Expensive, non-standard headphone jack, poor web browser, camera auto-focus issues

Worst phone ever

All in all it is incredibly unreliable (I've been using it for over 6 months and am entirely fed up). It is by far the worst phone I've ever owned. I will be going in to Verizon to replace it finally.

Decent camera, durable

1. Half the time people call me my phone doesn't ring, I only get the bleep that I've missed a call just after they've called ; 2. Terrible microphone, placed ABOVE the keypad. When I hold the phone up my my ear to talk the mic is generally blocked by m

Good phone to AVOID

Have had this phone for 5 months and it has been replaced 3 times already. Twice for defective ear piece and once for inability to maintain programming including loss of contacts every 20 minutes. I am dreading the next 18 months that I will be stuck...

camera is high res, phone is water resistant, easy to hold/handle

Manufacturing defects Abound. Phone has already been pulled from Verizon Wireless web site

Waterproof + Camera + Phone = Awsome!!

Very good combination of features. The main quirks are that the image quality is ok (great if you set it down on something) and the swivil display doesn't feel 100% secure. I am very happy with this purchase and would buy this again.

The phone aspect is great, the screen is really big, and the keypad is very roomy. . I also like the zoom and swivil display. the waterproof aspect is really cool. battery life is great

The camera is clear if, and only if, you let it sit on something (like a table). If you hold it, even very carefully, the picture will be blurred. could have a better video resolution

I love this phone.

I have had this phone for 4 months and I love it. Battery life is good, call quality is good, pics are good, videos are also good. Have dropped the phone several times, and it is very durable

For texting, T9 refuses to learn the word "to". It comes up "vm" everytime. Also had difficulty finding the correct driver to use with my Win 7 computer for transfering pics and videos. Had to search the internet for instructions

It's a dud!

This phone in my opinion is a complete dud. The camera is already out dated. You get a disk with the camera to put in your PC to enable direct download to PC via USB cable. However, it won't download into Windows 7 64byte computers. It's out dated and...

Absolutely nothing

Camera useless in low light. Camera won't work with Windows 7 64byte. Phone speaker very muffled and hard to understand
