The rugged Cat B15Q doesn't fear falls or spills

The Cat B15Q takes a beating without being bulky, but a poor display and limited hardware sours the experience.

The Cat B15Q offers great voice quality, and proves you don't need to be ugly to be rugged.

The phone is limited to 3G connectivity, and the display is hard to see off-axis, or outdoors.

The Cat B15Q is a thoroughly rugged phone, but archaic connectivity options and a disappointing display keep it from shining outdoors.

CAT B15Q ( black)

I've dropped it, I've drowned it and I've called a few friends: it's still kicking, and still looking good. But a well-rounded smartphone experience needs to deliver in many respects, and the B15Q, while a strong contender, comes with quite a few caveats.

The Cat B15Q offers great voice quality, and proves you don't need to be ugly to be rugged.

Taking a cue from its hardwearing machinery, CAT's B15Q is an Android-powered companion for anyone wanting a smartphone capable of handling a little rough and tumble.
