Eten X600 Review

Not long ago the Taiwanese manufacturer Eten announced the successor of the X500. That is the X600, arriving as the phone with the smallest dimensions among all other models of the company, its rivals being the LG KS20 and the HTC Touch. As all Eten...

E-TEN Glofiish X610

In April 2008, we reviewed the E-TEN Glofiish X650; the X610 is its newer cousin. Though the X610 loses the X650's VGA display, it gains Windows Mobile 6.1 (vs. 6.0) and an improved industrial design. Like all E-TEN Glofiish Windows Mobile Professional...

Slim and relatively light, very good call quality, good RF, strong WiFi with good companion software

Battery life, slow camera, confusing software, lack of hardware buttons, video playback is just OK

Slim and relatively light, very good call quality, good RF, strong WiFi with good companion software.

E-TEN Glofiish X600

The Glofiish X600 swims into a sea of smartphones. Is it small fry or a shark?

, which was equipped with a fiendishly fiddly set of heat sensitive buttons and a tiny joystick control. Instead, the X600's joystick stands proud of its surrounding buttons and is tipped with rubber, so your finger doesn't slip on it or get too sore...

E-TEN glofiish X600 review

We really like the E-TEN glofiish X600's quality finish and the solid feel that's so lacking in many of the phones we review. It may not have all the cutting edge features that you expect from the latest smart phone but it can still hold its own

Quality finish ; Solid feel

Lack of 3G

Conclusion The E-TEN glofiish X600 is a quality-looking phone with enough features to keep most gadget fans happy. It is very similar to HTC's P3300 but there's something about this handset that feels more classy. While Windows Mobile and the lack of a...

E-Ten Glofiish X610 review

Following a rash of smartphones from E-TEN, including the recent TV-toting V900, the Glofiish X610 can not help but appear disappointingly mid-range…

The device is small and neat, and has GPS and Wi-Fi

It lacks 3G, is short on memory, and is expensive

This is something of a mid-range device, and it is a shame that there is no 3G support.

E-Ten Glofiish X600 Review

We take a look at the E-Ten Glofiish X600 which is the model just below the X800. Whilst the two devices share similar features the X600 is missing out on ...

The X600 offers a stylish PDA, but it still has a few design quirks, poor memory/2MP camera and lack of 3G. Regardless of the negatives it does feature a highly respectable GPS receiver, Wi-Fi and a largish screen.

E-TEN - Glofiish X600

We've said before how much we like E-TEN's Windows Mobile handhelds, and the X600 gives us a reason to say it again. The company often manages to pull together neat hardware and attractive software in order ...

Without 3G but with GPS, without operator subsidy but with FM radio. This is definitely not the handheld with everything, but it does have some very nice features, and is small enough to fit most pockets.
