The SMT5800's navigation controls and dialpad are a bit cramped. Performance can get sluggish at times, and there's no support for Verizon's V Cast services or Windows Live integration

I liked the size of it, and the speakerphone was very good

Terrible battery life, losing power after being charged the night before. It took forever to start up, and frequently froze, restarted, or crashed. Finally it died after 1.5 years, turning on but not getting past the Windows Mobile boot screen
