i-mobile 625 is a Tri-band GSM phone which features TFT 262k colors, 2.0 inches screen at 240 x 320 resolution, bluetooth, USB and 3 MP camera with Casio Hitachi lens.

Another qualm is the long processing time on the device, which we hope will be gone when the actual unit comes in. The camera does feel natural when it comes to shooting, a trigger from quick camera button and the phone immediately enables you to shoot.
