LG Lotus Elite LX610 (Sprint)

The LG Lotus Elite is unique among flip phones in that it offers dual 2.4-inch LCD screens and a full QWERTY keyboard.

Good voice quality and battery life. Compact form factor. Excellent QWERTY keyboard.

Camera, music player, and Web browser could use upgrades. Weak reception. Non-standard headphone jack.

Camera and Conclusions The 2-megapixel auto-focus camera can record video, but lacks a flash. The sensor sits on the hinge, so you can take pictures of others with the device closed, or of yourself with it flipped open—a nifty feature. Test photos...

LG Lotus Elite review

The LG Lotus was probably the first fashion-forward messaging phone we ever encountered, back in 2008. It sported an unusual square design, and we were enamored with the version that had the decorative purple tattoo . Apparently fashionistas were...

The LG Lotus Elite has a striking design, with an external touch screen, a great QWERTY keyboard, and plenty of messaging and multimedia features. It has great call quality as well.

The LG Lotus Elite has features similar to those of its predecessor. We think the photo quality could be improved. We also wished the speakerphone had better audio quality. Plus, the LG Lotus Elite's unique look might not be for everyone.

The LG Lotus Elite's stylish design, healthy feature set, and excellent performance make it a great messaging phone choice for Sprint customers.

LG Lotus Elite Review

It's happening. Just a few years ago only the most high-end of devices featured a touchscreen of any sort. Today it has worked its way into low-end devices like the LG Lotus Elite. Don't get us wrong, this isn't a knock on LG, but the trend has not...

LG Lotus Elite

As I said in the beginning, the Lotus Elite is a messaging phone at heart. Because of it being targeted towards that demographic, other features that those people would enjoy also perform well. Messaging, social networking, picture sharing, and...

LG Lotus Elite Review - Phone Reviews by Mobile Tech Review

In a competitive market of QWERTY texting phones, the original LG Lotus dared to look different. The square form stood out in a sea of candybar and slider QWERTY phones, and it found an audience among those who like their tech to look different. The...

More polished look and better build than the original model. Great reception and voice quality ;

Not a great web surfing experience

We are glad to see that LG and Sprint are keeping the Lotus line as these are very capable messaging phones with a unique look. The new LG Lotus Elite serves up more fluid lines in design and an excellent OneClick UI. The external touch screen is an...

Review: LG Lotus Elite

LG takes another shot at its fashionable Lotus clamshell with the new Lotus Elite. Does adding a touchscreen really take the Lotus far enough to warrant the "elite" moniker?

Consumer review (cnet.com)

"Just great: looks great & functions great."

Honestly, after my last LG (the 1st gen Chocolate), I was a little skeptical... the front is touch screen and when the Chocolate came out, touch screen tech was still on the newer and less reliable end, but this phone proved crappy LG touch screens...

Dropped it maybe 5,000 times these past two years and it still works flawlessly. I can text quickly, easily: love the QWERTY keyboard. Dented and scratched to no end: still works. Looks cute. I get compliments on it still! Pictures are good.

A little out dated now-a-days. Internet is a little slow. Cannot load large webpages.
