LG Optimus Elite (Sprint)

The LG Optimus Elite is friendly to the earth and your wallet, at the expense of power and performance.

Eco-friendly. Very little bloatware

Low-end specs. Average camera

This is the same phone as the LG Optimus Elite ($149.99, 3.5 stars) we reviewed over on Virgin Mobile. It loses half a star here because it doesn't stand out as much among the low-cost smartphones in Sprint's lineup.

LG Optimus Elite (Virgin Mobile)

The LG Optimus Elite is a fine way to get connected with an affordable service plan from Virgin Mobile, but it's running on dated hardware.

Responsive performance. Eco-friendly. Affordable plan pricing. NFC support

Low-end specs. Average camera

1 ghz processor!

The phone is fast and responsive. Never had any hiccups. I tested the processor speed with an app and it runs at 1 ghz not 800 mhz. From what I've read all these run at 1 ghz so mine isn't some rare exception. The picture/video quality is great....
