LG V10 Review: Sturdy+Expandable

As we reported yesterday, LG has made its new LG V10 phone official, so all the V10 specs etc.…. are out there. I had the opportunity to play with one, as described in the overview video below, and since I've added a great many hours of usage, so...

From what I have observed, many users absolutely love some of the things that the LG V10 offers, and in my opinion, there are a few reasons to go for it. First, the superb camera capabilities. Secondly the removable battery and MicroSD expansion. A...

LG V10 Smartphone Review

Technical twin. The configuration of LG's V10 reminds us strongly of the G4. The South Korean company has equipped the handset with a second screen and an additional front-facing lens. Discover whether the surcharge is justified in this report.

fast SoC, robust and premium design, decent connectivity configuration, expandable storage, removable battery, good camera, Quick Charge, 32 bit HiFi D-A converter, fast fingerprint scanner, frugal secondary screen

with limited functionality, tightly sized power supply, SOC throttling, UI slows down the system, no wireless charging

With the LG V10, the Korean manufacturer provides another superb smartphone that is very similar to LG's G4 on the specification sheet, but does not have much in common with its sister model in terms of looks. Selfie fans will certainly like the...

LG V10 Review Part II: what no other phone has

Certainly there have been devices that've had second displays in the past - everything from the Kyocera Echo to the lesser-known Samsung Doubletime . What's been missing from this equation hasn't been the hardware, but the skillfully implemented...

LG V10 review: Bigger, stronger, and better than the LG G4

If you like the LG G4 and don't mind the bump in size and weight, then you will love the LG V10.

Rock solid, durable design ; Large removable battery ; microSD expansion card slot ; Reasonable price for high end device ; Excellent camera with unique video recording functionality ; Functional use of area above display

Lollipop instead of Marshmallow OS ; Backlight auto settings still too low

LG V10 review

If you were to ask me how many cameras and displays a phone needs, I'd say one good one of each. If you ask the same of LG, however, the answer would be five. The new LG V10 Android smartphone has...

As good as mobile cameras get ; Solid, rigid construction ; Smooth performance ; Swappable battery and microSD expansion

Camera app excepted, LG’s software stinks ; Second screen is an irredeemable gimmick ; Battery life isn’t impressive for such a large device

LG V10 review:

When LG announced that it would release a new line of extra-premium handsets , it wasn't kidding around. As the inaugural device for the company's V-series, the V10 is packed with nearly all of the luxuries found in high-end flagships and then some. It...

The sturdily designed LG V10 gives users more camera control with manual modes for both photos and video, a fingerprint sensor, two front-facing cameras for wider selfie shots, expandable memory and a removable battery.

The handset is pricey, its secondary display doesn't offer any essential necessities and its manual camera features require some time to learn.

The feature-packed V10 is LG's best smartphone yet -- just be prepared to pay a premium for its selfie- and photo-friendly extras.

LG V10 (space black)

By launching this new family of devices, LG gives itself space to experiment with its handsets. Unlike its marquee phone, the G4 , the V10 isn't meant for a wide audience. Rather, it's a premium device with features that appeal to a niche group of...

LG V10 Review: Is The Second Screen Really That Cool?

LG V10 Review: Is The Second Screen Really That Cool?

The design is one of a kind with a stunning display. With the camera, there's no reason photos should turn out blurry

Battery life could have been a bit better and the speaker could use an update to be louder. The screen scratches very easily

LG's V10 is one step up from their flagship G series and it continues the button layout we're used to from LG. The V10 won't have issues with anything you throw at it with the Snapdragon 808 SoC and 4GB of RAM.

LG V10 Review

For the last couple of years, the G Pro line has been LG's answer to Samsung's Galaxy Note phablets. Unlike Samsung's Notes, however, LG's G Pro phones just didn't seem to strike a chord with consumers who were on the lookout for a super-sized...

Stainless steel side bars are cool ; Secondary display boosts productivity ; Great still image quality ; Very good system performance ; 64 GB standard capacity is generous ; Super-quick charging ; Replaceable battery

Bland body material and color options ; Inaccurate display colors ; Power and volume keys could be better ; Cluttered, complicated user interface ; The user experience needs more work ; Unsatisfying video recording quality ; Modest battery life

The battle for the phablet crown continues. Samsung and Apple have already secured the largest chunks of the market to them, but LG seems committed to becoming a major force in the extra-large segment as well. The G Pro didn't quite work out as...

LG V10 Review

LG had quite a disappointing year in 2015 due to lackluster sales of the LG G4. The G4 was a brilliant smartphone in many ways but still failed to gain momentum owing to a few factors. The primary factor being the build quality and materials used....

Brilliant Build Quality and Premium Feel; Rugged and Refreshing Design; Great Camera Quality; Manual Imaging and Video Modes with RAW Support and Bitrate Options; Great Audio Quality; Good Display with Secondary Display; Removable Battery; Expandable...

Fingerprint Sensor Isn’t Always Accurate; Battery Life Not Good Enough

The LG V10 may be a bit old in smartphone terms. But it offers a really exciting and different set of features in a package that is quite unique. Although the LG G5 is the latest flagship from LG, the V10 does hold its own still and comes with some...
