LG VX5200 (Verizon Wireless)

The LG VX5200 has a compelling voice-activation menu, an easy-to-use camera, a speakerphone, analog roaming, and solid performance with strong talk-time battery life.

The LG VX5200 suffers from poor display quality, an overly large antenna, and lack of video support on the camera. Also, caller-ID photos don't show up on the external display.

The LG VX5200 is a great lightweight option for the consumer on the go and a strong follow-up to the LG VX6100.

If the reason the screen goes blue was figured out and prevented, by warning the user, then this would be my favorite cell phone.

Lightweight, cute, great sound, and many cool features like speaker phone

I don't know what I did, but the screen turned blue on me out of nowhere. I never put it in my back pocket, it never got hot, cold, wet, or squished, and I can't fix it. I didn't buy it new, so I couldn't get a replacement

I am coming towards the end of my 2 years with this phone, and felt I should express to others what makes it good and what makes it bad.

Sound quality, bright screens, camera, battery life, spacious keypad

Antenna, freezes often, loud vibrate, ringtones

Like I said, you'll either hate this phone or you'll love it. (Okay I'm sure some of you are in-between.) But personally I dislike it very much. It freezes for me once and a while, lately it's been deciding to turn itself off on it's own (this happens...

Good battery life, Pretty good signal, Easy to use, Great for people who want a simple phone with not a lot of features, easy to understand people when talking

Cannot record sounds and make them ringtone, Bad preset ringtones (might give you a headache), Slow connecting/ disconnecting from internet, not enough characters when text messaging

Its VGA pictures are worth a thousand words, but its advanced voice command really gets the conversation going. You can tell the VX5200 to do just about anything. It talks back too-through a robust speakerphone-so you can get phone info easier and keep your eyes focused on other things. Mobile web and color LCDs inside and out seal the deal.
