The phone is hard to operate. The phone keeps going back to no settings and quickly goes to mute, so no one can hear you. Sending back. Sorry not my best purchase.

Loved these phones, but have to return because it requires an electrical outlet in order for the features to work...so sorry to have to send back...

these phones are nice, I thought it had caller ID.. but it dont..but I dont want to send it back, and pay for postage... works good.

this phone is great--easy to use,great sound, just an all around excellent deal. i just wish that there were more cordless phones included.

THE PHONES ARE OK HAD A SMALL PROBLEM IN SETTING UP THE VOICEMAIL BUT I FINNALLY GOT IT. THE ONLY DRAW BACK IS I WISH THE NUMBERS LITE UP SO I CAN DIAL IN HE DARK BUT THE PHONE WORKS OK

I have brought many items from HSN with 110% satisfaction. But this one is a disappointment. The cordless handset did not fit on the base and you heard your voice echo in the receiver. It really didn't feel like a "good quality" phone at all.Sorry, but...
