Motorola Droid RAZR Maxx HD (Verizon)

With a vibrant display, sleek and durable design, and a long-lasting battery, the Motorola Droid RAZR Maxx HD lives up to its name.

Epic battery life; Attractive and durable Kevlar design; Gorgeous 1280 x 720 display; Loud and clear audio; Snappy performance; Fast 4G LTE speeds

Camera not as sharp or fast as competition; Expensive; Difficult to access microSD card slot

With snappy performance, blazing 4G speeds, a beautiful display and a battery guaranteed to last you throughout the day, the RAZR Maxx HD is a winner.Click to Enlarge But is a larger battery worth an extra $100? Yes.

Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD (Verizon)

Editors' note: Portions of this review were taken from our evaluation of the Motorola Droid Razr HD , since the two devices are almost identical.

The Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD (Verizon) offers fast performance, a big eye-popping screen, and luxurious design. It also has great call quality, lots of storage, 4G data speeds, and unbeatable battery life.

The Droid Razr Maxx HD's major weakness is a camera that produces subpar images. The phone is filled with Verizon bloatware as well.

Motorola's fast, stylish Droid Razr Maxx HD offers outstanding battery life, but its camera captures unimpressive images.

"Extremely polished. Oozes Quality!"

I bought the Razr HD MAXX and this is literally the perfect phone so far.

Absolutely incredible build quality, speed, battery life, size, almost stock

No have for cons

"Everything I'd hoped coming from the original Razr"

If you're a quality feel kinda person you can't top the Razr HD Maxx. You could always buy an aftermarket super battery for a GS3 to get the stamina of the Maxx but it will look ridiculous and still have the cheap plastic casing and horrible UI bloat.

Design feels absolute top notch.

Pentile display but I can't see any imperfections unless my nose is touching the screen. This feels like reviewers nit picking.

"Best Android Phone!"

I've been using this phone for 4 days and couldn't be happier with it. I thought long and hard about getting the iPhone5 over this and thankfully I made the right choice. If you are like me and don't want to be dictated to by Apple, then this is the...

Simultaneous voice and data, Battery life, Google navigation, Amazing display, Great almost stock Android UI, NFC, Fully customizable, Super thin, Good camera, Widgets

No pinch to zoom on camera

I mean honestly what more do you want from a phone? My buddy who had the

Hmm, maybe the all day and into the next day battery life. The awesome camera, the build quality is impeccable, the easily accessible sim card, camera works GREAT!

Non removable battery, no jelly bean immediately installed, sometimes the screen is super fuzzy but I just have to lock it again and it shows up (likely an ICS problem, will be fixed with Jelly bean)
