"Failures, failures, failures"
Save yourself the aggrevation and DO NOT BUY.
Looks very cool
2 complete failures! Verizon will not let me change models until I have a 3rd failure (coming shortly!!!). Reliability is the WORST of any product I have ever purchased. Difficult keyboard, small characters and misfires. Poor music organization.

This phone has a great concept, a touchscreen phone that still feels like a phone, and not a box of cigars. Not only is it still a flip phone, but the screen even works when the clear plastic cover is down -HOW COOL IS THAT?
Anything besides the outside design is terrible! The interface is chuggy and slow, it has random glitches out the wazoo, and Verizon puts ridiculous charges and limitations on everything, further reducing its usefulness.

Contrary to the reviews, the touchscreen movements were NOT fluid at all! It would take too long to scroll through the phone list or even to scroll through options or the steps to make a phone call.
