I had the same SIM card issue mentioned in some of the lower reviews. They didn't need to send me another SIM card though. I just had to call their CS department several times to get them to map the SIM that actually came in it and I was good to go....

That's nice of Tracfone. They want you to use up minutes by whatever means necessary, including emailing pictures to yourself. You can't even use bluetooth for that purpose.
