Bought the first unlocked ZN300 on-line from Unlocked Cell Phone Kings (UCPK). The phone was defective, call volume was so low I had to use the headphones or bluetooth to hear calls. I did some internet research and this problem (low call volume)...

Its simple and easy to use.It becomes a habit.The user does not become weary and irritable.You get more than a fine service considering the price you pay.

Call quality is GREAT, speaker phone is GREAT, slow for texting compare to phones with touchscreen keyboard or blackberry style.
