This phone has the feel & design of one that came out of a gumball machine. How you work the volume is a mystery I don't want to solve, cause this cheap piece O' crap is on it's way back to Tmobile ASAP

headset is completely useless, numeric keys tiny, volume on phone makes it near impossible to hear except on loudspeaker, phone isn't comfortable to hold, and unlocking the keypad is a headache which requires two hands
