Nokia 5300 Xpress Music

Nokia is known for its creativity in their phone models. The 5300 is no exception to the rule. They seem to be releasing a new model every month. Their design team must be working overtime. Now the Nokia 5300 is not a new design nor will the interface...

Now in case you have a bit of a money crunch problem but do want a phone with a music player, and you don't mind a lower resolution display with just a VGA camera, you could always opt for the 5200. (Which by the way is available in Blue and Red no...

Nokia 5300

Just in time to meet the threat of the Apple iPhone, phone makers have been improving the music player experience in their products. One example of this is the unpretentious 5300 XpressMusic, Nokia's latest slider cell available for a mere $99.99 USD...

Nokia 5300 Xpress Music Phone

At first glance, you may not realize that the Nokia 5300 XpressMusic Phone is a cell phone at all. With its boxy black-and-white case, prominent music controls, and large screen, you could easily mistake it for a digital audio player. And you wouldn't...

Music player is easy to use Audio quality is very good

Camera takes sub-par snapshots

Overall, the 5300, with its stellar music features, is impressive, especially when you factor in the price: T-Mobile is offering the phone for $99 with a two-year contract. That's less than you might pay for a dedicated MP3 player--so it's an excellent...

Nokia 5300 Xpress Music

T-Mobile's best music phone yet comes with dedicated music controls and 1GB of memory, so you can rock right out of the box.

Sleek design with full-sized keyboard • Sharp 2-MP camera • Bundled Roxio multimedia software • Fast Web surfing • Excellent battery life

Some calls didn't connect • Doesn't record video

Nokia 5300 review: Hop on the music express

Nokia 5300 Xpress Music (red, Unlocked)

Music cell phones have become a hot commodity in 2006, with almost every manufacturer getting into the game. Sony Ericsson's Walkman handsets in particular have emerged as favorites of mobile music fans, but Nokia has countered with its quality...

The Nokia 5300 world phone has a great display, user-friendly controls, and a wide range of features including a music player, a 1.3-megapixel camera, Bluetooth, an expandable memory slot, and support for push-to-talk networks. Plus, it delivers on...

The Nokia 5300's memory card slot is an inconvenient location, and its internal memory is a measly 5MB.

Nokia 5300 XpressMusic

T-Mobile's best music phone is a cuddly thing, a fun $99 device that syncs beautifully with Windows Media Player. The Nokia 5300 XpressMusic is a very good buy for a midrange device, provided you like its cheerfully quirky look.

Cute. Great music player. Compatible with Windows Media music stores. Easy to use. Terrific screen

Popular applications such as Opera Mini are blocked. Battery life could be better. Voice dialing is poor

Sing it loud; if you've been waiting to replace your music player with a phone (especially if you use Windows Media Player), this handset's a good bet.
