Nokia E61

Nokia has been going with the Communicator 9000 series for business use for a long time, with a full QWERTY keyboard and a large ultra-wide screen in a laptop form factor. The Communicators worked in their time, but over the years we've seen the...

We've said it too many times before—at Rs. 18,000 this is one of the best performing, most well-connected Smartphones you can buy. Full QWERTY keypad, excellent display, SIP VoIP, Push-to-Talk, Microsoft Exchange mail, BlackBerry Connect, regular...

Nokia E61i

Howdy, big boy! At 4.6 x 2.8 x 0.6 inches, the E61i dwarfs most handsets. Luckily, you won't care: Its roomy 2.8-inch screen and comfy keyboard make excellent

Handy thumbnail-driven history viewer in browser. Streams Flash and other videos. Nice collection of business and media apps, including a project team manager and RealPlayer. Almost 11 hours of talk time

So wide it barely feels like a phone. Accessing the microSD slot requires removing backplate. No stereo Bluetooth. Proprietary headphone jack

Nokia E61i

With the addition of a 2-megapixel camera and e-mail shortcuts, the E61i is a formidable work tool for business users and travellers.

2-megapixel camera, Easy to use QWERTY keyboard, Big, bright display, Excellent connectivity options

Nokia E61i (AT&T)

Back in February, Nokia unveiled three new additions to its E series of business-centric smart phones at the 3GSM World Congress. As with all of Nokia's supercool cell phones and smart phones, the U.S. availability of the models was up in the air, but...

The Nokia E61i features a roomier QWERTY keyboard and adds a 2-megapixel camera. The Symbian smart phone offers integrated Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and robust e-mail options. In addition, the Quickoffice and Nokia Team Office suites are handy tools for the...

The E61i doesn't support U.S. 3G bands or the A2DP Bluetooth profile. The phone's speaker is on the weaker side, and the camera isn't the greatest. The handset is also pricey without the backing of a U.S. carrier

The Nokia E61i isn't a major upgrade, bringing some minor design improvements and the addition of a camera, but it still remains a powerful smart phone for business users; just be prepared to pay a price.

Nokia E61i review: Lens-wear for the messenger

You all know Nokia E61 – it's been among the most popular Nokia smartphones ever since it was presented. Its fans have always been divided over it not having a camera. Taking that into account Nokia decided to release an updated version of the handset...

Nokia E61

Nokia E61 (Unlocked)

With its slim profile and full QWERTY keyboard, the Nokia E61 bears more than a striking resemblance to the Motorola Q and the RIM BlackBerry 8700 series, but that's not to say the smart phone doesn't have its own personality--with both good points and...

The Nokia E61 boasts a vibrant and sharp screen, a full QWERTY keyboard, and a full array of wireless options (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, UMTS). The Symbian smart phone also has good call quality, a speakerphone, the ability to view and edit Office documents,...

Without the backing of a U.S. carrier, the Nokia E61 is pricey. Also, the miniSD slot is located inconveniently behind the battery cover, and the device was sometimes sluggish when switching between apps. There's no camera option, either

The Nokia E61 certainly isn't for everyone, but with its powerful productivity apps, connectivity options, and good call quality, the smart phone will make a good addition to a corporate user's arsenal.

Nokia E61i

Oddly, the E61i also works over 3G data networks, just not ours. It supports only UMTS, not HSDPA, and only on the overseas 2,100-MHz band. That means the otherwise high-flying E61i still kicks it down to EDGE speeds when used Stateside.

Sleek enclosure with comfortable keyboard. Built-in Wi-Fi. Great Web browser. Long battery life

Only supports high-speed UMTS overseas. No stereo Bluetooth support or built-in GPS

Nokia ups the ante with a welcome refresh to last year's well-liked E62 smartphone.

Nokia E61i Review

Maintaining the continuity of its business phone E series with lots and powerful devices, Nokia launched the "promised" updated version of the successful E61. This time the new E61i model got the long expected camera module that lacked in the older E61...

The best thing about this phone is the simply fact that it exists:) The whole range of connectivity tools and the big battery recommends it as the number one business tool at the moment. Even the design is eye-catching, big, bulky and slim as it is....

Lack of a secondary camera for video calling may be a major drawback for those that like this feature. Also the metallic part of the phone is too easy to scratch and will make your phone look very bad after only a few days of use (even if you take...
