The Nokia N73's keypad is a bit cramped. Also, it lacks Wi-Fi and runs slowly when switching between apps or performing multimedia functions.

I do like the keypad, although some might disagree. And design is impeccable. It's neat and structured which is why I fell in love with it in the first place.
The camera! I hate it the most, it frustrates me everytime. Lack of Wi-fi, and speaker volume is very low during calls. Standby takes up almost half the screen.

Ease of use (for a smartphone), excellent camera with stellar image quality, robust media player, tight Outlook integration.
Uses RealPlayer out-of-box for video, S60 v9.1 signature issues, slight delay on launch of some applications. No 3G in the US, if you're into that sort of thing. No SDHC support.
