Nokia N82

The Nokia N82 is just the latest Nokia N series model to come across our desk, and like the rest of the bunch, it's quite impressive. It has a feature set similar to the Nokia N95 , with a couple of additions and omissions. Like the N95, the N82 has a...

The Nokia N82 features a 5-megapixel camera that produces high-quality photos and videos. The Symbian smartphone also has integrated Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, and good call quality.

The N82's hardware feels a bit cheap, and the dialpad and navigation controls are cramped and difficult to use. It also doesn't support U.S. 3G bands and it's pricey.

The Nokia N82 has some annoying design flaws and lacks 3G support, but our lasting impression of the N82 is of a powerful multimedia smartphone with an excellent imaging capabilities and solid performance.

Nokia N82

A powerful camera phone with built-in GPS that's good enough to replace your digicam. Just bring money.

5-MP camera with impressive flash ; Real GPS receiver ; Solid call quality ; Long battery life

Very expensive ; No 3G support in the U.S. yet ; Only 100MB of on-board memory ; Video-calling not supported in U.S

The Nokia N82 isn’t for everyone. Not only does it cost a bundle, but it doesn't yet offer 3G data support in the U.S. Nevertheless, we highly recommend this premium camera phone for its stellar picture quality, GPS capability, fast surfing over Wi-Fi,...

Nokia N82 review: Comes with xenon

Nokia N82 is considered the next N-series bestseller and, guess what, it has already hit the shelves. Following the sweeping success of Nokia N73, it was a pretty sure bet that a worthy successor wouldn't take long to appear. As we see it, Nokia N82...

5 megapixel camera with auto focus and Carl Zeiss optics ; Xenon flash and active lens cover ; 2.4" 16M color QVGA display ; 128 MB RAM ; Wi-Fi with UPnP ; Built-in GPS receiver and A-GPS functionality ; Nokia maps application covering over 100...

Controversial design and questionable ergonomics ; No RDS for the FM radio ; Below average GPS performance ; Extra charges apply for voice assisted navigation ; No office documents editing application ; Doesn't charge off USB

Nokia N73 is said to be the most successful Nseries handset to date, with monstrous sales figures compared to the rest of the N-series lot. N82 comes to succeed it and become the most affordable of feature-loaded Nokia cameraphones. The Finns quote its...

Nokia N82

The N82's top-line features are offset by less-than-ideal design and poor battery life. We hate to sound like an Australian Idol judge, but while the N82 has all the bells and whistles of other class leading smartphones, it the lacks the...

Best camera phone to date, Excellent connectivity includes HSDPA, Wi-Fi and GPS, 3.5mm headphone port, Side-loaded MicroSD card reader and bundled 2GB card

Nokia N82

Finally, a camera phone that gets the camera part right! Thanks to the Nokia N82's excellent xenon flash, I'm genuinely comfortable using it to replace my digital camera, and even my camcorder in a pinch. I know, it's crazy, since cell-phone cameras...

Best camera and video phone we've seen. Loaded with useful applications. Fast

No 3G. Text entry is a bit awkward given its numeric-only keyboard ; Watch the Nokia N82 Video Review

You can finally ditch your digicam: This talented smartphone is also the best camera phone we've ever seen.
