Nokia X1-01 review: Dual-SIM 101

The Nokia X1-01 hides two SIM cards underneath its cheerfully colored shell, both active at the same time. And with a price lower than what some contracts cost per month, the X1-01 takes over where the C1-00 left off. There are several key improvements...

Dual-band GSM connectivity ; 1.8" 65K-color 128x160 TFT display ; Simplistic Series 30 user interface ; Multi-phonebook feature - 5 separate phonebooks ; MP3 player with dedicated music keys ; Powerful loudspeaker ; microSD card slot (16GB supported,...

Nokia has lowered its standard

I own a Nokia X1-01 since about last 2 years. The battery took some time to stabilize (initially it was lasting only around 24 to 36 hours under my normal use i.e. 15 to 45 minutes talk per day). Now it

holds around 3-4 days. The dual sim contacts are lost off and on. Sometimes it doesn’t show one of the sims or rarely both sims. At times when I type a number and press green button after selecting sim2 the phone gets switched off. This is difficult to...
