The smart phone doesn't have integrated Wi-Fi nor does it support Palm's Wi-Fi card or voice dialing. What's more, the VGA camera is disappointing, the QWERTY keyboard is a bit cramped, and the speakerphone quality is a bit scratchy

Good UI. Easy to use

Touch screen freezes sometimes. Phone reboots sometimes on its own. Calls will not go through sometimes. Just not reliable all the time. Very heavy and big. When it Camera not good either. However when it works, it is great

Familiar keyboard layout, better screen brightness and contrast than the Centro, updated ROM with Kinoma media player in the browser and updated SMS app

Battery life slightly decreased from the 650, slightly different shortcut key layout from the 650, took about a day to get used to. Still no way to apply a proxy to all applications, so Google Maps doesn't work on the 5.99 T Zones plan in the U.S
