This is a replacement for an old Sony cordless phone, and the new one is satisfactory in every respect.

Good cordless phone, good voice quality, battery lasts very long. Menu and keys could be a bit easier, but no issue if not used constantly.

Panasonic is a great product. The phone was not too expensive and it is very easy to use. I really have nothing negative to say about it. Barbara
