Pantech Link

If you're looking for a slim, affordable messaging phone, the Pantech Link will set you back just $10 (with a two-year contract from AT&T, as of April 20, 2010). The Link is delightfully slim (just 0.39 inch thick); and though it's array of features is...

Very inexpensive ; Sturdy, light construction

The coolest features cost extra ; Camera is only 1.3 megapixels

The Pantech Link is a light, stylish phone for budget-minded texters.

Pantech Link review: Pantech Link

The Pantech Link is thin and sleek with a rubberized backing and a nice QWERTY keyboard. It has a 1.3-megapixel camera, a music player, 3G/HSDPA, and support for AT&T's new cloud services. It is also very affordable.

The call quality could be improved and the HTML browser seems wasted on such a small screen.

The Pantech Link is an absolute steal with an excellent array of midrange features, a great slim design, and a wallet-friendly price. We wish only that it had better call quality.

Pantech Link (AT&T)

Excellent Web browser. Fast UI. Sharp camera

Expensive required data plan. Proprietary headphone jack

The Pantech Link is an inexpensive BlackBerry clone, but watch out for the required data plan.

Affordable messaging phone with a sleek design

In general, reviewers say they like the Pantech Link. Measuring a slim 0.39 inches thick, the Link's thin profile is one of the first things most critics notice. The domed keys on the full QWERTY keyboard also earn attention, with ...

Thin, smartphone-like design, domed keys, affordable

Call quality is mixed, browser is slow, poor camera quality, requires a data plan

Review: Pantech Link mobile phone

The Pantech Link is a light, stylish phone for budget-minded texters.

The Link has a candy bar design with a textured, rubberized back. The thin-yet-durable phone measures 4.5 inches long by 2.4 inches wide, and weighs just 3.2 ounces. It has a bright, 2.4-inch TFT LCD screen (not a touchscreen) and a full QWERTY...
