Size of screen, separate, large buttons, ease of use

battery life. The fact that texts disappear. If you are texting and get interrupted, when you come back to the phone the text has gone. ALso, texts received are deleted automatically.

i bought this for my father who is 87 It is a larger model and is ideal for him.

It is not loud enough either ringing or hearing the other person speaking

Plastic construction and poor design. Breaks open when dropped. Volume control broke off first time it wa s dropped.

Simple to use and not overcomplicated, especially suited to people with difficulties such as arthritus as the phone is a comfortable size to handle and not too small.
