Long battery life. Good security options. Satisfactory audio performance. You don't have to worry about it walking in the rain. Very handy flashlight that doesn't drain the battery too much

Very picky about the PC suite you have to use. Bluetooth connectivity to the pc suite doesn't work. Shuts down and restarts occasionally in the middle of a conversation. Apparently solved this my deselecting dual band in network mode for another
