Samsung C6625

Has Samsung's C6625 Windows Mobile messaging phone got what it takes to beat the likes of the HTC Snap and Blackberry 8900?

Samsung C6625 Review: BlackBerry Beater?

The Samsung C6625, for those of you unfamiliar with the phone, is Samsung's attempt to topple BlackBerry from the peak of the QWERTY-keyboard smart phone mountain. Does it succeed or is it merely a case of me too for the Windows powered Samsung? Read...

Samsung GT-C6625

Slim on smartphone features, but a solid performer for run-of-the-mill business use.

Call quality was fine. Samsung rates the battery life as 8 hours GSM talk, 500 hours GSM standby. We got about three days from it between charges, though if you are heavy on the built-in Bluetooth, GPS or HSDPA you should budget for more frequent...

Samsung C6625 review

These days you can barely distinguish between a phone used for workaday drudgery and one that does all the fun stuff too. But the Samsung C6625 is very much a mobile for workaholics, with some little extras tacked on to make days of endless meetings...

Media extras

Average keyboard, chunky looks, Windows Mobile 6.1

While the the Samsung C6625 is fine for a few emails, if you want a work phone with extras, BlackBerry and Nokia is where it's at

Samsung C6625 ‘Valencia’

Samsung is still wedded to its silly proprietary USB data interface, which doubles as the charging socket, but it does allow the device to charge from the USB when it is attached to a laptop. The C2256 could also do with more security out of the box...

Samsung C6625

Business phones usually cost a packet, so the price conscious Samsung C6625 should come as a relief to already stretched business folk.

The Samsung C6625 is not your BlackBerry Curve or Nokia E71, but as a mid-range HSDPA enable business phone it is pretty decent. The added navigation package is a treat, just a shame about the one-year licence on the Garmap software.

Samsung C6625

Not particularly glamorous, but this is a small, light and usable smartphone which comes with attractive pricing plans for small businesses.
